A manual on the making of period themed Victorian miniatures, organized by the time of day in which they would be encountered. If you like miniatures, but know little of history, or vice versa, you might like this. My problem was that the history was too simplistic for me and I have known how to make cardboard boxes for over 30 years now. The notes and details on the pieces to be made are good for those who do not already have a background, but the miniatures themselves are fairly simplistic. A nice starting point for those who do not have much of a background perhaps, but that is all.
