Such a lovely, poignant memoir. An Irish son returns to his family's farm in West Ireland in his late 20's after several years of working at writing and film making in Australia and Canada. And after a failed relationship and a bout with depression. Lyrical and poetic account of his daily chores and his prickley relationship with his difficult father and his hardworking mother. And the cows and the sheep!
