An account of
the building of the Statue of Liberty, at least it was supposed to be.
Took quite a while to get there. A lot was spent on its sculptor,
Auguste Bartholdi (who probably didn't base her
after his mother) which does make sense, but why so much on the Suez
canal? Or other luminaries of the time whom have nothing to do with the
story? By the time it gets to making the statue the book is almost over
and the process itself is over so quickly.
