An account of
needlework of women of "a certain age," to borrow a term. Samplers,
quilts, things along that end. It was very well put together with short
biographical sketches of some of the ladies here
and there in addition to the basic details of the pieces (a lot of the
items are held at Sturbridge which makes me want to go back even more).
For those who may be interested a similar book is published by the
Hunterdon Historic Society.
