How to Tempt a Duke

I liked these characters a lot.  Rafe and his friend, Fitz, are fighting in the war against Bonaparte.  Rafe is sick with a fever when he gets word that his uncle (the Duke) and two cousins have been killed, making him the new Duke.  In his fever, he does not take it in until the next day, when Fitz calls him, "your grace."  Rafe and Fitz stay to finish their commission, then return home.  Rafe does not feel like the Duke.  He has his friend, Charlie (Charlotte), help him with his duties as Duke.  He eventually realizes her loves her.  Later, his sister is kidnapped, Fitz is killed in battle, and someone is trying to kill Rafe.  Charlie comes to the rescue and becomes Rafe's Duchess.
