Though I enjoyed this book, it was written in a much different style than the previous alphabet books I've read. I missed Kinsey's quirky behaviors. Most of the story took place 30 years ago as Kinsey interviewed people to solve the mystery of Violet's disappearance. I expected the usual "formula" which I enjoy.
