First in the series of Seaside Knitters Mystery, Izzy who realizes she cannot be a criminal attorney opens a knitting shop in her old seaside town. Her Aunt and dear friends gather together often in this tight-"knit" community to eat a meal, share a glass of wine and unravel a yarn of murder and mystery. The story was longer than it needed to be but it was pleasant summer fare with the sea breeze mingling with dastardedly mis-deeds. On the last few pages the author includes a knitting pattern for a featured scarf in the book.
