This is the first in the mother-daughter team Gourmet Girl series. This is the story of Chloe Carter, a blogger about food but refuses to be called a "foodie." She is in the process of getting her degree as part of the conditions of her uncle's will. While she is getting on with this part of her life she goes on a blind date from an internet dating service and her date winds up dead. Not a bad summer read. I am looking into book 2 to see if the story develops into something.
