This book caught me a little off guard since most of the Fern Michaels' books I've read were romances. This is a legal, intrigue story. The story is about a nurse that was accused and found guilty of killing her charge. The defense was sure she was innocent and it was the husband that did it. Ten years after the nurse is sent away, the husband confesses on his death bed and so the story really begins. Another easy summer read.
