A very early travelogue of writer/chef/TV personality Anthony
Bourdain, written before his No Reservations days when he was still an
executive chef in NYC. Filled with various stories of his travels for
his original program, A Cook's Tour. Mostly good, but his sometimes
uncertainty at his work comes through and the book is not one of his best.
