I read earlier books in this series and hoped the main character
would grow up - just a little...Sigh, but no. "Homer Simpson" syndrome
comes to mind. I do little, stuff fall into my lap, I still live OK
but I need to complain because it's not good enough. The whining about
just working, not even hard work, makes me a little sick. Thank
goodness for the side characters and stories. Like a moth to a flame, I
keep reading the next one hoping I don't get burned. If you can
handle campy, whining then this is a fun summer read.
