Bill Bryson noticed a door in the attic of his English home that led to small
area in the roof. It got him to thinking about houses, then research, and
finally writing this book. Filled with interesting facts and anectdotes, this
book is difficult to read straight through. However, if you have the time to
pick it up, read, and digest, you will thoroughly enjoy At Home.
