This was an interesting read and one of the many fictional books created to
commenorate the 100th anniversary of the Titanic. It is of course based in the
early 1900's with flash backs to the late 1800's. The time is one where
spiritualism became a fad and the setting is Boston. There is the intertwinning
of drug use which was not illegal at the time. This is the author's second novel
and she is an interesting story teller. The book would have been given a higher
rating had she made the story a little tighter in fewer pages. But romance,
nostalgia, precognition and the Titanic tragedy are all there!
