I really enjoyed this book and like a few others, a surprise this summer. The story is about Gracie, a deaf Great Dane puppy who arrives at a time in Dan Dye's life, when he needs her the most. The tremendous impact that a much loved dog has on a human's life is amazing, powerful and miraculous. Gracie helped Dan find the direction in his life that he so desperately wanted. You will laugh and you will cry throughout the pages of this book and in the end, you will love the story, Gracie, Dottie, Sarah and Claire.
