Thoroughly enjoyed this book on so many levels: mystery, romance, botanical information, medicinal information, travel, and adventure. It was a fast paced, easy read and a perfect book to take along on vacation.
I also enjoyed reading about NYC as I work daily in the City and frequent the Union Square market at 14th, it was fun to imagine the scenes the writer describes, think about the building she was living in with a view of the market and to imagine where on 12th Street and 1st Avenue the fascinating and delightful laundromat is located. Think I will need to take a walk there to see!
