How would our lives be if we all were the same? The Giver is the only one in this society that remembers the way things used to be many, many years ago. He only knows this from the memories that were given to him, now it is time for him to pass his memories on to the next chosen one. Twelve year old Jonas is about to have all that he knows about his world change memory by memory.
