This is a fictionalized version of the life of an obscure biblical character, Dinah, Jacob's only daughter. It tells of the life of the women in Old Testament times.
The descriptions were interesting and made me think. It does not get into much known biblical history. There are a lot of passages about women and their relationships to each other and their children.
